FISHING FOR GOLD
In recent years, I've developed an annual distributor promotion that combines strategic sales tools with tiered incentives to drive performance. This past year’s concept, “Fishing for Gold,” used a deep-sea fishing theme to create an engaging and memorable experience for the sales team.
Participants qualified for Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers based on performance, represented by Mahi Mahi, Bluefin Tuna, and Blue Marlin. The campaign provided a clear visual framework that motivated reps to “reel in” higher sales.
As part of this initiative, I designed a comprehensive brochure that brought the theme to life and served as a key sales enablement tool throughout the promotion.
