FISHING FOR GOLD
For the past several years, I’ve led the creative development of an annual distributor incentive campaign designed to drive sales performance through themed experiences and tiered rewards.
The latest campaign, “Fishing for Gold,” translated a deep-sea concept into a cohesive incentive system for distributors and sales teams. Participants progressed through Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers—represented by Mahi Mahi, Bluefin Tuna, and Blue Marlin—creating a clear visual framework that reinforced goals and increased engagement.
I extended the concept across a full suite of promotional and sales materials, including a comprehensive brochure, using immersive branding and incentive-driven messaging to bring the campaign to life..
